We are deliberately small and at an early stage, and we are not running an open hiring round today. We would rather leave this page honest and empty than post jobs we cannot yet fund or fill. When we open positions, they will appear here, on this page — engineering, hydrology and Earth-observation science first, as the work demands them. There is no waiting list to game and no phantom requisition behind a contact form.

ADVISORY

What we are opening now is not a job but a small number of scientific advisory seats — product-specific, part-time review roles for researchers who can pressure-test our methodology against the peer-reviewed literature. Seats are tied to specific products and we will name advisers individually, with their consent, as each engagement is confirmed.
